Killer Ab Workout for Women

Below is non traditional ab workout for women (actually it will work for men too, but it doesn’t build muscles). Most of you may think this is not abs workout, but it is.

If you want to burn abdominal fat than you need to exercise bigger muscles in your body in order to activate your metabolism. After you boost your metabolism the abs fat starts to burn. Read why below the video.

We have Mary and Ann that want to have flat stomach without fat over it. Both have different workout approach to achieve their goal. We need to mention that Mary and Ann follow diet plans, because without a diet you can’t lose stomach fat.

Mary does 100 crunches a day.

Ann does exercises for buttocks, thighs, chest, back and abs.

Now lets see what job does each of them.

Mary burns some calories from workout, builds some ab muscles and they burn calories along the day.

Ann burns some calories from workout (but more than Mary because she does more exercises, build some buttocks, thighs, chest, back and abs muscles which burn calories along the day.

Do you know that muscles needs calories during the day? So if you build 2 pounds (1 kilo) of muscles, you spend more calories during the day than if you don’t have 2 pounds more muscles.

Note: Don’t worry, women can’t build muscles because of their genetics. Usually women build muscles when they start to exercises (beginners) and than they only support muscles with exercise and don’t build more muscle.

So, if you workout more muscles – you burn more calories during the day when you just sit.

So who burn more calories – Mary or Ann? Of course Ann.

Now how and where you burn fat? The thing is that you can’t spot fat – you body decides where t burn fat from. Usually the most from places with more fat and this is waist line where fat stores most.

Conclusion: If you want to burn fat from any body part, do whole body exercises and leave your body to do the rest of the work. This is the reason why the above video is ab workout for women.

I know a lot of women are afraid to build muscle because they think they will look like body builders.This is not true.

When the exercise they just become trimmer and slimmer. They tend to build quite a nice physique in only a few months of continuous training.

They just need to make sure to stick to their diets as well. Keep fruits and veggies on the top of the list!

Hey, I’m 4’11 really short and I’m 18 I’m about 120 pounds and since I am small I have a smaller torso but I have a lot of belly fat and my legs and arms I want smaller. what kind of workouts should I do to loose weight and the belly fat, I want to firm my body. Thanks :)

Hi Rumi. Unfortunately due to a sickness, I have lost a lot weight. Now, that I am not sick I am starting to gain weight. I was wondering, in order to keep my stomache flat, is doing the Ab workout for women (once) plus a 15 minute ab workout 5 times a week enough for me to keep a good physique?

Diamond, it is better to workout 5 times per week with different exercise videos, I have more than 40 so you have choice.
