34 years old weigh 48.5 kilos curious about sagging body parts

by bebs
(canada)

Hi, I am 34 and weighs 48.5 kilos, I am just worried that while we are getting older we cannot stop the sagging of some various parts of our body like arms, legs and our belly.

What specific exercises requires here?

Thank you.

Answer from Rumi

Bebs, the parts of the body that sag are skin and fat. If you have less fat and more muscles the sagging will be less while you are getting older.

To improve your muscles you need to do 2 things:

Do exercise routines 3-4 times per week;

and

Feed muscles with protein. Without eating protein you can't keep muscles in good shape. My advice is to incorporate in your diet 2 meals per day - lean meat, fish, diary products, cheese, eggs or check my favorite protein shake for women, which I use when I can't have enough protein intake per day (sometimes I don't have time to cook or there is nothing healthy around and the protein pack in my purse saves me to stay healthy and don't eat junk food).
