25 year old mother of two trying to lose the weight!!

I have never been thin, and now that I am a mother of two, I don’t know if I ever will be. I work out or try to work out 4+ times a week, but nothing seems to help. I want to look good for my husband and be able to enjoy playing with my kids.

I try to watch what I eat, count calories, tried joining a gym, now I have to do it all at home.

I know I am at least 65 pounds overweight. I cant stand to look at myself which in turn makes me think.. If I don’t want to look at me, why would my husband want to. I need help to lose the weight.

Regardless I will continue to try and maybe just maybe I will one day be able to say.. hey I’m no longer overweight, look at me I am happy with my body!
