25 Year Old Mother of Two Trying to Lose the Weight!!

I have never been thin, and now that I am a mother of two, I don’t know if I ever will be. I work out or try to work out 4+ times a week, but nothing seems to help. I want to look good for my husband and be able to enjoy playing with my kids.

I try to watch what I eat, count calories, tried joining a gym, now I have to do it all at home.

I know I am at least 65 pounds overweight. I can’t stand to look at myself which in turn makes me think. If I don’t want to look at me, why would my husband want to. I need help to lose the weight.

Regardless I will continue to try and maybe just maybe I will one day be able to say.. hey I’m no longer overweight, look at me I am happy with my body!

Hi Veronica, I can feel your frustration from your words and I am here to help you lose weight and proudly look at the mirror. You need to do 2 things: follow a diet plan, there is link to my diets at the end of my answer, chose any of them, they all work and will make you lose weight – the difference in the food included, so chose by your taste.

The second thing is that you need to do exercise on regular bases. I know it sounds difficult to find time to exercise when taking care 2 kids, but like all things in life you need to dedicate some time. And the good news is my exercise videos are just 20 minutes long and you can fit them before kids wake up in the morning, or when they sleep in the day.

Make exercise your habit and understand that 20 minutes of exercise per day is investment in your health and you will be more helpful to your children if you are healthy and full of energy. Exercise regularly for yourself and your kids. Can you spend 20 minutes per day to improve your life?

And don’t forget to eat healthy so no jo jo effect after the diet. You need to follow diet plan with calorie deficit only for the period you lose weight, than you just need to eat smart.
