killing my fat quickly This is a total body workout with 5 exercises. The only equipment you need is a chair. You can do this workout every day because it is balanced and targets total body, because this is the best way to burn fat fast. There are exercises for thighs (back, front, inner and outer parts), belly, arms, chest and back.

After a couple of days I will send you a new total body workout, until then do this workout every day and remember that without a diet you can’t lose weight, no matter how long you do exercises!!!

I am in Judicial service and am sitting on my seat from 10.30 am to 6pm . In one word my work forces me to be seated in one place for hours. I am have followed your simple exercises which are very effective and interesting therefore I just love your work outs.

Only downloaded your exercises now. will start tomorrow. Only have about 5kg’s to loose but need tightening up as I am 37 and everything is starting to “hang”.

Hi Rumi, thank u so much for these great workouts. I am a nursing mother of a 2 month old. So, will take a little long to start with the exercise routine, but getting into the mode slowly as I have to get rid of the extra flab. Also, could you help with exercises for firming my breasts & buttocks. They are so out of shape since my pregnancy.

Hi Rumi!

I absolutely love you! I’m a mother of two very young children. It would be wonderful to have the strength to run around with them, without getting tired so easily. I might add, that I have looked and looked for a website that contained everything you show here. Tips and tricks, diet routines, what to eat, how many times to exercise weekly. I had no luck until I came here. Yesterday was my first workout, and I cannot wait to see the results. THANK YOU!!!

These exercise videos are so great! I love all the other videos you have too. And it is so helpful how you organized a week of exercises and what exercises to do each day, it helps me stay motivated seeing a list of what i need to do. I absolutely love your exercises …. this is getting back to plain, good old exercises the way they should be. The 2 week program is awesome and I can’t wat to start (after this email). I used to run marathons and have a strict weight training regime. Afteran accident I stopped exercising and started eating and have gone up 3 dress sizes. You haveinspired me and I’ll definitely send some before and after images when I’ve been doing your routine for 6 weeks. Thanks !!!!!!

I am also a cat lover..Anyway this work out is wonderful..U look amazing as usual.

Hi Rumi, I’m 25 years old and don’t really have any weight to lose. Just wanna tighten up my abs and butt (and well everywhere else). I used to exercise allot, but since I had some hip/back problems I had to stopped. Love the videos, so I’m starting the exercises this week. I will keep you posted on my progress….Thanks allot!!

Hello Rumiana:
Just received your video and plan to start immediately. I’ve released almost 30lbs on my own without dieting (just watching what I eat) and treadmill. Now I’m ready to be 40lbs less fit and trim for life! I’m 46, 5ft good health (Thank God). I started @ 190 and ready to see 120. My the way I started eating cleaner Feb. 2011, pool exercising in June 2011 and treadmill September. I feel great but need to reduce more. Will keep u updated to include my twitter friends. Okay here goes! Happy 2012!!

rumi,thanks so much,for the free video,im so happy i found you’re website ,im 50 years old and in pretty good shape except since i started menopause im having trouble with cellulite on my belly,dont have it any where else but there,so im hopingyou;re work outs will help me,i down loaded the work out andwill start tomorrow,thank you again &god bless ,barbara h!!!!
