This is the first workout I did after we came back from Los Angelis. I eat a lot sweets during my vacation because I love them and when I am on vacation I don’t limit myself.
Although I workout every day in my vacation after eating so much sweets my abs became not so prominent and my but and thighs are a bit fluffy. So I decided to have a week with hard workouts and to stress on intense exercise and workouts that will make my abs prominent and butt and thighs less fluffy
This is fat killer workout, brutal and very effective. It took me less than 15 minutes to do it but that were torture 15 minutes. Everybody can find 15-20 minutes each day to exercises and then enjoy the rest of the day.
If you follow my workouts on regular basis, don’t spoil your efforts with bad eating. Diet is 90% from the weight loss. Exercises speed up metabolism, create health benefits but can’t burn the food you over eat.

Here is my beach workout, it is very short, just 4 bodyweight exercises which you have to do 3 times in a row. There is an exercise for every muscle and the workout is completely bodyweight, you don’t need any equipment.
Compound exercises bring much effort, so this workout is intense and at the same time big deal!
I am spending 10 days in Burgas, a city on Black sea coast, where I was born. I drink my morning coffee reading emails, then I spend 1-2 hours on the beach reading books about Sookie Stackhouse. These are vampire and fantasy novels which I recently have discovered and I am surprised I like vampire books, this is something new for me. I also read “Twilight series”. Do you have good vampire books to recommend me?
