Thigh and Bun to Kill for Workout

Hi Ladies, workout for today is with exercises for thighs and bun. It really kicked my butt for just 20 minutes, these were very long minutes, and the workout is brutal for thigh.

If your goal is to lose weight you need to combine the power of nutrition and exercise. Your body needs energy/calorie deficit to start burn its own resources, which are 2 types – fat and muscles. And here comes the role of exercises, if you workout regularly, your body keeps muscle and burn only (or preferably) fat.

All started on the plain, the food is awful, I don’t eat meat, so vegetarian choices are stuffed with carbs. But non vegetarian choices are not much better, try to avoid food on plains; it is not tasty and full of sugar and starches.

I love the idea of fasting for 16 – 24 hours and traveling is perfect time to do it. This is very easy weight loss and you can’t follow a diet plan I recommend it strongly (but you need to watch your portion size after fasting).

This is the first workout I did after we came back from Los Angelis. I eat a lot sweets during my vacation because I love them and when I am on vacation I don’t limit myself.

Although I workout every day in my vacation after eating so much sweets my abs became not so prominent and my but and thighs are a bit fluffy. So I decided to have a week with hard workouts and to stress on intense exercise and workouts that will make my abs prominent and butt and thighs less fluffy :)

Also I will follow low carb diet (earning my carbs and eating them after the workout, but my other meals are mainly protein, veggies (carbs and fiber)). If you want to kick start burning fat try my weekly workout schedule with a diet plan that brings the fastest results.

This is fat killer workout, brutal and very effective. It took me less than 15 minutes to do it but that were torture 15 minutes. Everybody can find 15-20 minutes each day to exercises and then enjoy the rest of the day.

Today I was thinking to do a workout that will mostly satisfy you :) And the most frequent questions are for belly fat, cellulite, love handles, so I decided to do a workout addressing these issues :)

But remember that you need reliable diet plan and weekly workout schedule to see results fast and easy! If you follow a diet, you can exercise just 30 minutes per day and no more love handles and cellulite! You will see improvement every morning :)

This is circuit training, you do 5 exercises one by one and this is 1 circuit. You have to do 3 circuits to finish the workout – my time for the whole 3 circuits is 17 minutes, try to beat me ;)

Cellulitis is curse for women. Cellulite actually is fat and marketing industry make you think it is something different and you can treat it with creams and lotions, which is not true.

Cellulite treatment involves:
1. diet with calorie deficit to create energy deficit and pull stored fat
2. exercises and massage which improve circulation in thighs and bun

It must be combination of all above or just diet and exercise. Anti cellulite massage alone will not treat cellulitis.

Here is my beach workout, it is very short, just 4 bodyweight exercises which you have to do 3 times in a row. There is an exercise for every muscle and the workout is completely bodyweight, you don’t need any equipment.

I am spending 10 days in Burgas, a city on Black sea coast, where I was born. I drink my morning coffee reading emails, then I spend 1-2 hours on the beach reading books about Sookie Stackhouse. These are vampire and fantasy novels which I recently have discovered and I am surprised I like vampire books, this is something new for me. I also read “Twilight series”. Do you have good vampire books to recommend me?

Then I go home and do my workout. I want to do my workout on the beach but I can’t wake up early enough to come to the beach when is not so hot and crowded. But if I manage to come around 8 am I will definitely do a workout and promise to shoot it Here are pics from today.
